Children, Family, Community Development

    • Children & Youths: to support them to have good physical and mental health and access to formal education appropriate to their ages until they finally complete the compulsory education or higher; to equip them with life skills and practical knowledge what will become valuable resources when they face life's big challenges; to cultivate in them good morals and cultural awareness; to ensure their protection and promote their empowerment through networks and coalitions in order that children and youths can emerge as powerful forces driving community towards greater well-being.

    • Families:
To encourage their participation in all aspects of development activities and to empower them, by means of job training, to come up with secure and productive jobs to better eke out their livelihoods; to promote their adoption of supplementary jobs and to unite into occupation groups, and later to subscribe to Farming Cooperative Ltd. by means of which they can support one another and increase collective strength.

    • Community: To empower target community by involving its various elements in a joint effort at solving its problems; to promote CBOs to form coalitions or networks among themselves and with outside agencies; to support these CBOs to take up some activities that truly respond to their members' needs; to facilitate their activities to contribute to viability and long-term sustainability; to empower the Cooperative so it can run successful business and generate enough profits to support children, families and community.
